 Date:  Saturday February 11, 2012--no matter what the weather

 
Sports:   Cross-country ski race, open trails, skating, snowshoeing, sledding, hiking, labyrinth walk, scavenger hunt, and ice fishing.  Sports events may vary depending upon the weather.

 
Equipment:  The Outdoor Adventure Center at WCCC will have a trailer with cross country ski equipment and snow shoes available free of charge for children through adults. Some used skates will also be available.

 
Time:  10 AM Registration, 10:30 AM Cross Country Ski Race
Location:  Pottle Tree Farm, South Meadow Rd., Perry, ME

 
Directions:   Rt. 1 to Perry Farmers Union.  Turn onto South Meadow Rd.  and go   2 1/2 miles.

 
Food:

 Fireside Potluck all day long.  Bring bread, soup or chili, finger food or salad. This is a "no trash event"--we will be recycling and composting.

 
Donation:  The event is free.  T-shirts and mugs are available for a donation of $10. Proceeds will benefit Stronghearts.
